It was a fun afternoon this past Wednesday as I got to join nine women via video chat who had recently finished reading, The Art of Getting Lost and Found. It is always interesting to answer questions and talk about the journey of writing this novel. I'm super excited that I've been invited back to Indigo in Kelowna's Orchard Park Mall again. They ran out of stock at my last signing and had to wait for the second printing to happen before getting more copies of the book. Living in British Columbia meant it was not an easy hop-in-the-car trip to get to St. John's, NL for the official launch of my novel with Breakwater Books, but it was so worth every bit of effort it took to get there! I had the good fortune to be part of a writing group with Shelley back when I was working on the second draft of this novel and she was finishing off The Quintland Sisters and starting The Leap Year Gene (both going on to be best sellers!). She was such a great help and is acknowledged as such in the back of my book--one of the many people who were part of the village
